Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. During peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Souqix is not responsible for delays or additional delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, tracking information.
